About

The MOST (Moderated Online Social Therapy) project is a collaboration between:

  • Orygen National Centre of Excellence in Youth Mental Health
  • Australian Catholic University School of Psychology
  • The University of Melbourne School of Computing and Information Systems
  • The University of Melbourne Centre for Youth Mental Health

We are designing, building and testing a range of digital/online technologies for young people with mental health conditions, as well as their parents and carers.
