Find the support they need most

Safe mental health support for 15-25 year olds

MOST gives young people access to free mental health support from real people, when they need it.

Our clinicians, peer workers, career consultants and the MOST community are all here to help them through life’s ups and downs.

They’ll also find guided therapy journeys to help with anxietydepression, sleep, body image and other mental health challenges.

Share MOST with your young person today. It’ll give them the support they need, and you some peace of mind.

100% free and accessible in Vic, ACT and Qld

MOST is free because it’s funded and backed by Orygen, Australia’s leading not-for-profit youth mental health organisation, alongside the Victorian, Queensland, New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory Governments, the WA Primary Health Alliance and the Telstra Foundation.

Designed by experts in youth mental health

Researchers, clinicians, engineers, creative writers and artists from Orygen Digital worked with young people who have lived experiences of mental health challenges to make MOST a warm and inviting platform that delivers effective mental health care for young people.

Live in NSW or WA? Have a young person aged 12-14?

If you live in New South Wales, Western Australia, or your young person is aged 12-14 and live in Queensland, Victoria, or the Australian Capital Territory, you can get a referral from a participating youth mental health service to join MOST.
