Online mental health support for young people
MOST is a free, safe, online mental health service designed for and with young people aged 12-25.
MOST supports young people at every stage of their mental health journey by providing effective, evidence-based tools and strategies to help them manage their mental health and tackle life’s challenges at their fingertips, any time of the day or night.
We’ve got information pages specifically for young people, parents and carers, and clinicians. Follow the links below to learn more.
Effective, evidence-based support
MOST is based on more than 12 years of research and clinical trials.
The content and human support on MOST can help young people with strategies for anxiety, depression, social skills and social anxiety, sleep, body image, navigating the mental health system and much more.
Over 10,000 young people have joined MOST since its creation, and we know from our trials, they love it. 97% of young people using MOST said it was a positive experience, 87% found it helpful and 97% of young people felt safe.
